Your Role:

Your mission is to find and evaluate new inbound clients that reach the company through different sources. You will meet with customers to understand their wants and needs and explain how our products can make their lives easier. 

Your Profile:

- You are fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.

- BS/BA or equivalent experience.

- Resilient and positive attitude.

- You are curious, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.

- More than 2 years of experience in this role or similar position. 

- You are open-minded and ready to learn new skills. 

- High-quality communication skills and a positive attitude. 

- Previous experience with Pipedrive. 

- Strong negotiation skills.

Your Responsibilities:

- Register crucial customer information into the CRM system. 

- Pinpoint potential client needs. 

- Qualify new customers who arrive through digital ads, word of mouth and brand positioning. 

- Continue the next steps of the process: send proposals to leads or decide to move on with a different lead. 

- In some cases, complete the rest of the steps until closing.
