The role

As a Service & Sales Team Leader, you will be key to the company's success, as you will lead a team of motivated Customer Ambassadors and be responsible for their performance and satisfaction at all times. You will report directly to the Operational Account Manager and work with your fellow team leaders to improve overall performance without losing sight of your team's KPIs. 


This is your new job in Barcelona if

- You have native level German and you are advanced in English

- You hold a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

- You have +2 years of experience in sales, including a proven managerial experience in a sales environment

- You are open to learn and develop

- You have the ability to clearly understand and respond appropriately to the problem statements

- You are capable of maintaining and managing active engagement during communications

- You have a deep knowledge of internet connectivity, troubleshooting and browsers (MS Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome).

- You have expertise in web hosting technologies including content management systems commonly used to operate a website such as WordPress or Joomla

-You are proficient in the use of ‘search’ function

- You are flexible and always ready to make adaptations for the benefit of customers and the program's engagement activities

- You are goal orientated with a focus on continuous improvement

- You are fluent in discovering customer pain points and needs

- You can manage customer objections and drive value in solutions offered

- You utilize product benefits to drive customer desire to buy, covering the full portfolio scope during up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to increase total order value


***For this position, candidates should be preferably based in Barcelona but they can be based anywhere in the Spanish territory


Your day to day at work

- Manage an Inbound Customer Ambassadors team ensuring that service and sales KPIs are met consistently

- Oversee the preparation of service and sales forecasts

-  Develop new opportunities and translate data into concrete actions

- Analyze reports, identify trends and ensure planning, KPIs and employee satisfaction targets are achieved at individual and team level

-Delegate tasks and set deadlines

- Oversee day-to-day operation

- Monitor team performance and report on metrics to perform outstanding results

- Identify individual improvements and “Coach, Coach, Coach”.

- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

- Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals

- Ensure that your team's satisfaction levels are always met no matter what!
