 Your Profile:

 

- Your mother tongue is Flemmish/ French, and you are fluent in English

- You have solid experience in B2B  

- IT skills with a high interest in technology

- You are a goal-orientated individual 

- Handle unique situations confidently

- You are a quick learner with a strong teamwork spirit 

 

Your Responsibilities:


- Provide timely response and resolution to incoming queries via email or telephone, or other communication channels

- Manage sales opportunities to achieve the goal  

- Increase margin through up-selling and cross-selling, offering a solution based on the business model. 

- Handle communications with other departments to achieve company and partner objectives  

- Maintain an accurate pipeline of incoming deals and track their

progress from initial reseller inquiry, right through to customer delivery
