The role

As CJO Leads Generator, your passion is to expand our clients portfolio and open up emerging markets.

This is your new job in Barcelona if

- You are proficient in Spanish and fluent in English. If you speak another European language, it is a plus; )

- You have a hunger to chase and close new businesses from cold calls and emails

- Creativity is your key to open markets and increase sales

- You have an eye for business opportunities

- You have the ability to handle objections and convince people 

- You like to connect with multiple stakeholders 

- You have permission to work in Spain (EU Citizenship)


Your day to day at work

- Market analyze to identify potential needs, leads and opportunities

- Research to produce key contacts and account information before prospecting call

- Contact potential clients to establish a relationship and arrange meetings

- Manage the current client portfolio and generate new opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline

- Create and develop new business channels and sales projects for CJO

- Increase the value of current clients, improve conversion rates and build new accounts 

- Attract and develop new markets

- Design and execute commercial campaigns to target opportunities with personalized communications 

- Present reports and commercial agreements to the management team

- Optimize our list of products and build the service portfolio that we want to offer in the near future

- Assist with administrative and management tasks

- Work closely with the CEO/ Head of Sales to drive big sales opportunities


** In the medium term, you will have the chance of moving up and be promoted to a Business Developer role in CJO
