Customer Service Support (Barcelona)

You will be the first contact for the customers for any request or query they might have, and your main tasks will be:
-Answering customers calls and email in an efficient, professional manner
-Trying to solve the issue at the first contact, and clear any doubt
-Provide technical support, trouble shooting for most common products
-Keep updated the database with customer information's
-Proactively maintain your knowledge on product and processes
