The role

You will help Immfly grow and oversee all aspects of human resource practice and process. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The candidate

-  You have 3-5+ years of working experience as an HR manager, Head of HR or similar

-  You are good at building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

-  You have a native level of English and Spanish

-  You have in-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices

-  You are people-oriented and results-driven

-  You have a professional and commercial approach to HR, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction, appropriate development and reward for individuals

This is what you will do

-    Manage the recruitment and selection processes

-    Maintain pay plan and benefits programs

-    Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

-    Ensure legal compliance

-  Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits

-  Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

-  Nurture a positive working environment

-  Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems

-  Manage HR budgets

- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
