We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Representative whose goal will be to identify robust sales opportunities, profile prospective customers, and drive new business through various outbound campaigns. Apply and join a talented and multicultural team in Barcelona!

Your Profile


- BA/BS degree OR equivalent practical experience

- Native level of German and Fluent in English

- Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales or business development, ideally in the IT industry

- Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Goal oriented, self-motivated and proactive individual 

- General IT skills: essential computer skills to navigate efficiently a computer based job, plus some understanding of cloud computing concepts (Google Cloud Platform solutions)

- Some experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms and IT outbound sales prospecting is desirable but not mandatory




- Full time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday)

Your Responsibilities


- Achieve sales quota, and hit a target level of activity

- Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify high potential prospects

- Educate customers on products and services

- Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails

- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in the CRM database

- Manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities and activities

- Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators
