French-speaking Customer Advisors in Barcelona

- You have excellent communication skills in French and you are fluent in English
- You know to identify problems and find a solution
- You are a sales-oriented person
- You have experience in CRM or sales desirable
- You are interested in B2C sales and technology
- You are confident, disciplined and self-motivated
- Help customers to identify and understand technical inquiries
- Identify the causes of potential technical issues
- Analyse collected information to improve service
- Guide customers remotely to resolve technical problems (inbound and outbound calls)
- Make appointments with technicians when the issue cannot be solved remotely
- Build customer loyalty and offer new products
- Full-time position, 39 hours/week, with two free days per week
