Team Lead for the French B2B Market

Your responsibilities


- Lead a team of 8 to 10 Sales Development Representatives

- Monitor and pilot the performance of your team

- Conduct meetings with customer as well as one to ones, coaching session and pipe review with your SDR team

- Provide regular feedback to the team members to improve their performance and motivation

- Master the pitch of the company’s value proposition and be able to train and coach your team

- Present results to management and client

- Help the company build the best prospecting strategy by communicating insights from the field and propose solutions to improve performance

Your profile


You have excellent communication skills in French 

- You are fluent in English 

- 5 years relevant experience as B2B Sales manager, B2B SDR manager or Senior B2B sales

- Experienced in B2B sales / prospection using multichannel approach (cadencing, emailing, cold calling, In mailing etc)

- Experienced in prospecting C+ profiles

- Previous experience in IT software, SaaS solution or health insurance is a plus, but not mandatory

- Having already used Salesforce, Outreach or LinkedIn is a plus, but not mandatory

- Transparent work habits

- Very good self-organization

- Punctual, loyal, reliable

- High social competence, natural leader

- Authenticity and self-confidence
