Baja Bikes is the largest provider of bicycle tours and bike rentals in more than 150 cities worldwide. A small, international team is active in Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Kievwith the constant improvement and expansion of our range and service level. In Barcelona customer service, operations and finances are established.
For our team in Barcelona, we are looking for a customer service representative in the Dutch- speaking market.
You work from 9 am to 6 pm or from 12 pm to 9 pm.
This is what we are looking for:
❏ You enjoy answering customers' questions and helping them answer their questions to turn into a reservation.
❏ You want to help ensure that the customer has a fantastic experience with Baja Bikes.
❏ You don't get scared of quite a few e-mails and phone calls from customers.
❏ You are stress-resistant.
❏ You are handy and fast with the computer: MS Office, Slack, Basecamp, Google Drive.
❏ You are able to work with Mac or learn this quickly.
❏ You can type blindly and work meticulously.
❏ You quickly switch between different channels (WhatsApp, chat, telephone, e-mail).
❏ You are a hit when it comes to anticipation and multitasking.
❏ You speak Dutch and English (fluent in writing and word). Bonus points
❏ You have more than 2 years of experience with customer service and you are commercially minded.
❏ German and/or Spanish is an advantage.
