Immfly is a START UP that provides Airlines with inflight digital entertainment. We are revolutionizing passengers’ onboard experience.

 

Immfly has developed a unique entertainment and communication platform for short, medium and long-haul flights, where passengers can connect through their personal devices (smartphones, tablets and computers) to the on-board system.

 

In the platform, passengers can enjoy a wide range of TV Shows, Movies, Digital press, between others, and they also can find destination guides and destination activities.

About the job opportunity

We are looking for someone to join our Commercial Department, to oversee managing customer accounts at the European level. The select candidate will handle campaign’s management of accounts such as American Express, Visa, Doctors without borders, Mondelez, among others.

 

You will be responsible for the daily relationship with the clients and to manage the advertising campaigns internally. In addition, you will have to analyse the metrics of the campaigns and take decisions together with the Commercial Director for the proper functioning of the same.

 

Key duties

- In your daily tasks, you must take the control of all the clients portfolio for the customers satisfaction.

- Give support to the sales team with documents, client requirements among others.

- Coordinate the Tech Team to achieve the goals of the department.

- Attentive in the details.

 

- Entrepreneurial spirit, capable to achieve the objectives presented, and demonstrates passion for economy, tourism and new trends within these sectors.
